What we did:

Central Retail was involved with TrinityLeeds between 2005 and 2017 following Landsec's purchase of Topps Estates in 2005. We subsequently advised Landsec on complicated land assembly issues, negotiated vacant possession with over 30 parties, helped the design team to create a spectacular new 1m sq ft retail scheme, appraised the rents and advised on tenant mix for Landsec. TrinityLeeds is the largest major new retail development to have opened in Western Europe in 2013. Despite leasing in one of the longest worldwide economic recessions in over 80 years, Central Retail, as part of the leasing team helped deliver major new lettings to retailers including M&S, Next, Primark, New Look, Boots, Hollister, Victoria’s Secret, River Island, Superdry, Urban Outfitters, Lindt, Vision Express, Office, Caffe Nero, Leeds Utd and Bose.
